[color:"blue"]I would love to go back a research the trials.

One helpful Essay I found on the Salem Witch Trials was by Mr. Kirk House. This Essay was published 20 years ago in The Journal of Christian Reconstruction: Symposium on Puritanism and Law. Also, the topic of Satanism was addressed in another Journal issue, Symposium on Satanism. One of the articles from it is online entitled, The Person, Work, and Present Status of Satan.

Dr. Gary North extensively researched the occult and its history and published a scholarly work on the topic entitled, None Dare Call It Witchcraft. This was later reprinted as, Unholy Spirits and New Age Humanism. This work is online at Freebooks. He discusses the Salem Witch Trials among many other things.

I first read that book 17 years ago. It is a marvelous treatment of the topic that only a puritan can excel in. Bunyan's Holy War is another good work on the topic too, as is C. S. Lewis's The Screwtape Letters.
