Highlight all the text and then either key in "Ctrl + c" (copy) or right-click and choose "Copy" from the context menu and then "Paste" the text into a text editor. My first choice would be Microsoft Word, then next WordPad, if you don't have any 3rd party text editors, e.g., TextShield Fusion (Probably the best free ".rtf" editor around) or, Editpad Lite (I personally use Editpad Pro, but it isn't free. The "Lite" version is free).
