I just read The Highway's article by William Hendriksen on the topic - What is mean by "Israel" . It was excellent and I have a couple of followup questions.
What is Israel relationship to the Covenant?
Did circumcision put all receivers into the Covenant (Visible church)?
What about women? How did they enter into the Covenant?
