Another of George Whitefield's outstanding sermons has been added today. The sermon is on the resurrection of Lazarus, a beloved friend of the Lord Christ, who was to foreshadow Christ's own resurrection from the dead in order to bring great joy to all who belong to Christ that death has no hold on them. Not only does this sermon belong to lovers of Christ who with a living faith cling to Him by faith but also to those who are yet enemies of God and who are in dire need of Christ's perfect righteousness and reconciliation with God.

May the Lord be pleased to raise up men who would preach with such passion and boldness the truth of God's holy Word and not pander to the desires of man's flesh.
