Was I the only one who came to similar conclusions?

Henry said: Was I the only one who came to similar conclusions? My conclusion is that Mr. Frame was trying desperately to justify his unbiblical views concerning "worship", (ala: contemporary, seeker-friendlyism, pragmatism, etc.) by introducing the novel, albeit old, idea that the Church needs to assimilate the culture in which it exists to be relevant and effective. Methinks he has effectively ignored the fact that Scripture is transcultural and demands that cultures conform themselves to God's will; not vice versa. The Roman State Church is infamous for its cultural-centricity, in that it incorporates just about anything into its "catholicism", including superstition, paganism, cultic beliefs and practices, etc. If you read John Frame's book on worship, from which the article is an appendix, you will quickly realize the similarities. He should have taken Tom Well's warnings far more seriously, IMHO, and recant on his pragmatic, ungodly views concerning the worship of the Most High God. In His Grace,

That's what I figured. Although, do you mean David Wells?
His "No Place for Truth" was such a hard-hiter, I have a hard time understanding how someone can miss what it said. It's too bad.
Thanks for your reply!

Henry asked: Although, do you mean David Wells? I went back and saw that I had typed "Tom" Wells! My apologies for my ineptness!
