Just by looking at the wording of this passage, it seems to me that this covenant has not yet come. This was written after Christ rose from the dead and the very last verse i posted says that the old is ready to vanish. Not that it has. I to am waxing old and my flesh is ready to vanish. But...Im still here.

That's because you are ignoring verse 6 right before the passage: "But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, by as much as He is also the mediator of a better covenant, which has been enacted on better promises."

Verses 8—12 quote Jer. 31:31—34, which prophesies the very covenant which has been enacted in verse 6. Further proof that this covenant is already in effect:
"For this is My blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for forgiveness of sins" (Matt. 26:28).
"This is My blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many" (Mark 14:24).
"This cup which is poured out for you is the new covenant in My blood" (Luke 22:20).
"This cup is the new covenant in My blood" (I Cor. 11:25).
The reason v. 13 says that the old is "ready to disappear" is because the Temple in Jerusalem was still standing and the sacrifices were still being offered when the epistle was written. The whole point of the epistle is that we now have a better covenant and a perfect high priest in Christ Jesus. To deny that the new covenant has arrived is to deny Christ's very blood.

Yeah, verse 11 is another reason i question this covenants arrival. Im pretty sure that everyone from the least to the greatest, does not know the Lord.

Theres no mention of blood in Hebrews 8.

It is here, but not in its fullness. It is the now, but not yet reality. The New Covenant is in three sections: (1) inauguration at Christ's coming (2) continuation, i.e. now during the ministry of the Holy Spirit (3) the consummation, i.e. the second coming.
Hey J Edwards "Not in its fulness". I kinda saw that myself in a few things. The kingdom of God is within you. Yet, i found scriptures that kingdom will not arrive until....Confusin at times. But what does that mean? Are we to walk according to these covenants in order to partake in there fulness? I belong to no religious affiliation. Im simply lookin for the truth. "you will not seek me in vain" It is written! I believe it! The truth is in the Word.
The New Covenant (NC) though it has been inaugurated is not yet here in its fullness. Though the Kingdom of God is within us we are to pray, "thy kingdom come." The now, but not yet reality. We are to fulfill (covenant fidelity) the stipulations of the NC as much as possible. Unlike the Israelites who fell in the wilderness, we desire to be found faithful .... A good book that goes into more detail would be Christ of the Covenants by O. Palmer Robertson. A good Study Bible, though it is the nearly inspired version (NIV), is the Spirit of the Reformation Study Bible. The Bible deals with the covenant aspects of Scripture extensively through its notes and articles.
