So I guess I'd like to have some opinions about him with regard to his theology, etc. The Baptists claim him, as far as I know. Comments? Josh "...the word of God is not bound."--2 Timothy 2:9

Well, let me first remark on this book you have which claims to contain all of C.H. Spurgeon's sermons "more or less complete". Unless the book is at least 2'x2'and 10' thick, that claim is unfortunately false. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/rofl.gif" alt="" /> It would be virtually impossible to publish a single volume of all of the man's sermons. For example, Pilgrim Publications, one of the foremost book publishers of the writings of Spurgeon has a set which consists of 63 volumes.
