It should be obvious to anyone who visits here that the monthly donations have fallen short, sometimes far short, each and every month. Multiply this shortage over the past few years and the result is that I am now several thousand dollars in debt. This is simply not acceptable. I cannot continue to acculumate this kind of personal debt.

The due date to renew the contract with the Host Provider is January 1. The amount currently owed is $359.40 (US).

Here it is in plain language.
Either the $359.40 is donated before December 31
or
The Highway is no longer going to exist!
