Are church fundraisers unbiblical or is it a grey area? I'm of the opinion that it is not biblical, but maybe I should not let it bother me so much. I believe the Bible teaches giving tithes and offerings to the church, and church fundraising gives the impression that we should add-on to God's Word and even be coercive in doing so.
Thoughts?

Many "churches" use a business model. What Scriptural basis do they use for this? "Go Fund Me"? 4 Hezekiah 438:18? (from the Devised Standard Version) I see not mere tithing taught in the NT but, gifts and offerings.
