Surely, after all these years that you have visited here and myriad other similar places and all that has been written on this question by many trustworthy men, you have no need for anyone to answer that question yet again, Tom.

I have another motive for asking that question.
It actually is not that I do not know the answer.
In fact I gave the answer many times over the years.
Rather, I did not want to prejudice the response.
I failed miserably at that.
I was hoping someone could add something I did not think of.
Hope that does not sound too strange.
