I was reading through the linked thread at thereformedreader and there is a lot of mention about the ECT controversy? But the thread doesn't really give any details. What is the ECT controvery?

I'm not too familiar with thediscerningreader, but if they are embracing NPP when they once did not, it's a little sad. Especially since it seems like a site whose opinions are likely to influence Christians who shop there. I'm impressed with their selection of books though. It seems like a very good resource.
