And by your same "logic" neither Satan and the other angels nor Adam had the ability to render obedience to the Almighty for the "higher decree" determined that they should transgress. Therefore, they are not culpable for their rebellion as it was not their choice to do so. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/nope.gif" alt="" />

BTW, there is no "higher decree" for there is but one decree of God, i.e., His foreordination.
