Just scroll down a bit beneath the map and also just below the current photos and you will see a link on the left for "Share a Photo!". Click that link and you will then see on the new page a box on the left, just below the small map where you can add your photo. Click the "Browse" button to find the photo you want to share on your HDD. The rest should be obvious enough.
