You can tell the absolute truth and get no 'takers'. But that doesn't negate the truth but the sad state of the hearers. If someone refuses to hear the truth, then you shake the dust of your sandals and move on. But if no one tells the truth, how will they know the truth. Does all this sound familiar. Yes, it is particularly true concerning the Gospel, but the principle is certainly applicable to all facets of life.
