I look at the history of the world since Christ's ascension and not what is happening in my own insignificant day. Look at the atrocities man has committed since that glorious day and today's awful situation pales in comparison. Millions upon millions have been slaughtered by myriad tyrants and without cause. Doubtless, our present situation will go the way of all others and something far worse will come which will be the fulfillment of infallible prophecy where things will grow worse and worse. And should the Lord tarry, even the elect would be carried away. Cry out for the present and let the Lord continue to work His perfect will; gradually removing the Spirit's restraint and thus unleashing the depravity of men in concourse with Satan's last breath as his imminent destruction is finalized.
