There was/is a book, masterfully written, by the notable saint Martyn Lloyd-Jones, Spiritual Depression. Unfortunately, in our day reading is not something done or even encouraged. However, IF you haven't already read this book, I would encourage you to do so. You can even find a used copy for a very reasonable price on the Internet, e.g., Abe Books.
