Peaceful Protests in Canada

It is a sad to learn that if you actually do what is right in keeping with the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. That you could get assaulted while police watch without doing anything about it.
All too often I have watched on camera this very thing. It usually occurs when someone protests events such as Drag Queen Story Hour, or the multilation of children’s bodies in order to transition from one gender to another.
I have seen on camera Antifa assault Rebel News as well as peaceful protesters being assaulted, while police refuse to stop the assault. In one case, when Antifa learned that police would not intervene, they stepped up the assault.
The last case I saw occurred in Vancouver B.C, a woman police officer seems to believe the protestor who was peacefully protesting, deserved it. She is seen on camera with a smile on her face.
The situation is getting worse and worse and I hear some of these cases are going to court. Yet, I have yet to hear any case getting people getting convicted of assault.
