There are several other chapters which deal with such subjects as "Instruments in Worship", etc. If would contact the Metropolitan Tabernacle using one of the references that appear at the bottom of any of the pages online, I'm sure they will probably send you a copy of the book. When I asked them what the price was for this book should someone inquire about it, they didn't say. It could be that they are distributing the book for free........ but don't quote me on that!
