So it didn't start to get stale until after they rejected Christ? I mean it seemed pretty flat around the time Jesus was ministering and wrestling with the Pharisees. Its not hard to imagine that at one time their worship was as alive as a Christian worship service today only instead of believing and worshiping a risen Christ and what he has done they were worshiping him for their redemption which was going to take place.

I've known a lot of Jewish folks and they all are pretty, er, stiff necked about Christianity. I remember one browbeating I took from a High School aged daughter of a gal I worked with because the Gideon's had been handing out New Testaments at her school. She knew I was a Christian so it was my fault right?
