That is exactly right, it is tradition. Luther's 8 Wittenburg Sermons said exactly the same thing about traditions. Traditions are good provided they do not go against the Gospel. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Christmas is a tradition. It can be celebrated in a Gospel-promoting manner. That is the way my family and my church celebrates it. That is the way Godly Christians should celebrate it. Steve
