Marie, You are sooooo perceptive. Yes, it is true that that feature is not currently operational. There was some "issue(s)" with the hosting company and I had to disable it to see if it would at least contribute to an alleged problem. They have communicated that they are now satisfied everything is fine and in a day or so, I'll probably enable that feature again.
