Yes, the Foreword was timeless and I really enjoyed his section on Education and whether or not the federal government should fund it, i.e., extract money from the states only to return it back to the states less the federal government's "fee". Thus, as is always the case, since the federal government "feeds" the needs of the state and/or people, they take control over the state and/or people. Liberalism tries to build "Walden Two", i.e., a select few controlling the masses and implementing their particular personal ideas, which in nearly every case are contrary to propositional truth and a denial of all that is good.
