For some reason I have never quite comprehend the saying, "... whatever you shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven" (Matt. 18:18).
Commentaries really do not help me with understanding what is meant by bounding and loosening.
