Last week as an anniversary gift, my wife bought me the "Spirit of the Reformation study bible." I love it. I have used the Reformation Study bible before, the one put out by R.C. Sproul and still use it, but I love the way this one has more notes and has all the Reformed creeds as well.
I wanted to know what those here thought of the New Reformed Bible and what the opinion was about it. Of course it is an NIV text and I'm not too thrilled with that, but all in all it is a good work. I can always read from my NKJ bible as far as that goes and read the notes from the study bible. Mainly wanted it for the notes and helps it had.

Blessings.

It is an excellent study Bible. The notes are very thorough. Hopefully it will be out in ESV before long--

Check out the ESV and I suspect you will latch on to it. I have all 3 (& several others) but the English Standard is the King of the hill as far as I am concerned.
