Did you ever wonder why there are so many denominations? It's easy. Because no one really fully understands just what Jesus and the apostles said in scripture concerning doctrinal teachings. This is easily proved by the various so called study bibles that are available to buy. The Reformation bible is Calvinistic. The Dake bible is fully Arminian. The Hayford bible is Pentecostal. The Scofield bible is dispensational. The Concordia bible is semi Catholic. And on it goes.

You would think after 2,000 years a group of individuals would have understood just what Jesus and the apostles REALLY meant when they wrote and said the the things recorded? But all we're left with is a mass of denominational confusion. Which is not good.

Because we don't fully understand does not mean that we understand nothing.

And? What do you propose be done about it? Do YOU understand what Jesus and the apostles "REALLY" meant such that you can provide us with the solution?

First let me correct your perceptions concerning Dake's Bible. It is a blatant heresy. And the source of much of the various Word-Faith teacher's doctrine. See this:
Jesus of the Dake's Bible

and this:

Dake's Bible and Confused Charismatic Theology

Second have you forgotten that men still are under the effects of sin? Even those stalwarts of the Reformation are not proof against that. That is why they devised the statement Semper Reformanda (Always Reforming)they saw the need to stick to scriptures and revise accordingly because they knew until the New Heavens and Earth nobody was going to get it right.

There will be no denominations everyone will be placed into remedial schooling and brought up to perfect understanding, as perfect as possible with us.

Ahhhhh.... shoot, you mean that we have to go back to school when we go to heaven, darn, and I thought I was finished with school.

Well, at least we'll be able to read.

I can't imagine paradise without books.

Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. - Galatians 2:16

But, as it is written, "What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him" (1Co 2:9 ESV)

Dave it is my personal opinion that we won't even be able to imagine what the books will be like in Heaven. And I am firmly convinced the whole concept of "reading" will be just a shadow of what it is now.
