Any opinions? There is a very big difference between the two situations you sited. The Revolutionary War was an act of legal authority, which as I recall is proper according to "Lex Rex". The same could possibly be argued for Gov. Bush sending in state troopers against court orders. This is different from individuals acting against the decree of the courts.
