I hope you didn't misinterpret my post. I wish more so called "conservative" lawmakers would have the courage to say this. Unfortunately they won't. Out here in California (on the "left" coast) we have the same problem with Mexicans who will not learn English. There is no incentive for them to learn because many forms (voter registration forms <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" />), documents, billboards, advertisements, are in Spanish.
