OK kind sir, I'll fix it and thank you fer your patience. But I must say that UBB is the first forum software that I've encountered that doesn't use GMT offset. I'm a member now in vBulletin, phpBB, IPB and maybe others and this is a first.
Be that all as it may, I'll go now and fix it, now that you've 'splained how the milk got in the ... True, this software is a bit different than many others. However, I must say that I appreciate the developers for doing it this way, at least from my perspective. For, I can never remember all that GMT stuff and invariably I have to look up the way it all works. This way, the server time is displayed with the offset option and it's just a matter of looking at the clock on my PC and doing the simple math to arrive at the right number.
