On The Highway, there is a relevant article which discusses this subject quite nicely. The author is A.A. Hodge, son of Charles Hodge who was Professor of Theology at old Princeton Seminary. You can access the article here: The State of Man After Death and the Resurrection. Hodge deals with the matter of the body specifically in section IV near the end of his lecture.
