yep I am familiar with that journal but I haven't read the article. I am more than familiar with with those particular doctrines of the PRC. #1 I do think they go too far with their view on "Common Grace" but do agree with many aspects of it. #2 I am basically in full agreement with their criticism of the "Well-Meant Offer" as are other non-PRC scholars who haven't drank the "Free Offer of the Gospel" koolaid booklet written by John Murray and Ned Stonehouse. When it first was published I wrongly assumed that it would be sound given who the authors are/were. But after reading it I was shocked that it was so much in error and not based on solid biblical grounds. frown
