Are there women on this board going to Seminary? or have been thru Seminary ? My question is what do you plan on doing with your eduation, if the Bible said no preaching.
For the men on the board, if you went to Seminary did you become a preacher? how many years did you pastor a church ?
I could see use in having a masters degree for teaching at Christian schools or possibly Sunday school, if you accept that's OK for women to teach small children. Not all degrees from seminary are oriented toward teaching. Other degrees in areas like music, history, languages, missions, etc., are available as well as others I am sure. I personally know one lady with a PhD in philosophy who went on to become.......a stay at home mother. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
Thanks William, Everyday that I'm on this board I learn something new.Even if I'm not going to seminary its nice to know GOD has blessed women in many areas.
