Nobody heard or know something about pre-existence doctrine.

Are you thinking of the doctrine that Jesus Christ had a human.soul which existed before the creation and thought to be in union with the Second Person of the Godhead before His actual birth… or are you thinking of Mormon pre-existence doctrine….. or are you thinking of Gnosticism?

Well, since God is eternal, then it is impossible that He could have had a "pre-existence". And, as for the universe being pre-existent, that would be impossible as well, since things only exist when and after God creates them.

You are probably thinking of the Pre-existiani who believed that in the beginning of creation God created the souls of all men, which were subsequently as a punishment for ill-doing incarnated in physical bodies till discipline should render them fit for spiritual existence. It is a false view of predestination.

First, I would ask you where you stand on Creationism and Traducianism? You can read more about these here: Romans 5:12 and Are You a Traducianist or Creationist?
