I want to hear different opinions about the elders gov in the church. I've attached a .pdf document from Grace Community chuch, by John MacArthur.

You also might like to know that you can "EDIT" your first post (click on the "Edit" button" and substitute the Spanish version with the English version, if that is what you were intending to do above. This Board has a generous 6 hour time frame within which you can edit a post or reply.
