I have family new to faith...in need of good confessional church home in Rockville, MD area. They are not 'reformed'...were going to a vanilla mega-church that's now almost 1.5 hrs away from their home (new bldg).

I'd recommend to them Reformed, Presby, Baptist or Lutheran, etc...so long as they're 'sound'.

Well I've been to that Reformed Baptist church on one of my many trips for my company and frankly they're a little "pentecostal" or maybe "charismagic" for my taste. But I will say that the preacher did do a good sermon.
