A friend of mine sent me a link to this: Temple Institute. Now I'm of the opinion this is just completely wrong but I'd like some other sources to help convince my friend.

If he's Christian, show him the site is Jewish and bases much of its reasoning on Pharasaical Jewish traditions. Then show him to John 4:21-24; I Cor. 3:16-17, 6:19; II Cor. 6:16; Eph. 2:19-22; Heb. 9:23-28; and I Pet. 2:4-5. That should get you started!
