Hi, just wondering if this forum supports replies through email (eg. if I respond to an email notification about a forum that I am involved in, will my email response automatically get posted to the forum)?

No, replies etc. to all posts and/or replies must be done in the actual thread on this board from which the e-mail notification you have received.
