I think a few at church only use the KJV, but I don’t know that they hold to the only position.
“The foundation of knowledge is God’s revelation.” Dr. Greg Bahnsen
“In the New Testament the Lord Jesus Christ appears in order to fulfill the Old Testament hope of the Messiah. He presents himself as the king who has come to establish his kingdom in anticipation of his universal rule.” Dr. Kenneth Gentry
“Men must be governed by God or they will be ruled by tyrants.” William Penn

One of my counterparts who has been in ministry for many years and whose ministry is large and popular is a KJV-only guy (and an Arminian, and a Dispensationalist), "Independent Fundamentalist Baptist (IFB)." IFB is not a denomination, but a description of a church and ministry like his.
We get along outside of church, but if I was preaching, he would have to interrupt and call out my "Calvinist" error and condemn my use of the NASB and ESV as "Satanic."
IFB is almost cultlike in their adherence to fables and myths, twisting of Scripture, and alienating all other Christian ministries as misleading at best, Satanic at worst.
