In war time it's always best to take the rhetoric with skepticism. Modern war is fought in the media as well as the battlefield, and rhetoric is a weapon and tool of warfare. Great quote and so apropos in our own day. Is that 'yours'? or can you provide a source of who uttered those words? IF <--- they are yours, then thanks.
