Romans 1 26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. 28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient
What is a reprobate mind mind and do all unbelievers have it?
Forgive me for asking so many questions. I'm always seeking the truth of God's word.

What is a reprobate mind mind and do all unbelievers have it? A "reprobate mind" is: a mind that is rejected because it is deemed worthless (cf. 1Cor` 9:`27; 2Cor 13:5, 6, 7; 2Tim 3:8; Titus 1:16; Heb 6:8). A reprobate mind is therefore one abandoned or rejected of God and therefore not fit for any activity worthy of official approval or esteem. This includes both thoughts and actions. Notice that there is a specific group of people (among the Gentiles specifically, but certainly applicable to all men), who have "refused to have God in their knowledge". We could easily see how this applies to Atheists (Ps 14:1) but to all who practically deny the existence of God and/or who refuse to acknowledge Him as Creator. So, who are these people? Just go down the list of sins that follow and you have a more than good idea who they are. In His grace,
simul iustus et peccator

Lynda, Welcome to the Highway.Don't be afraid to ask questions. You will find that there are many others who have had the same questions at some point in their lives. As to degrees of sin, look in the Article Of The Month archives and you will see that very subject by Thomas Watson here: Degrees of Sin. It is an excellent paper and hopefully will offer the answers you seek.

Wow! I'm going head over heels seeking information. My files are growing because I can't keep up with the reading. Thank you for the link!
Obviously, I've overlooked: ‘He that delivered me unto thee, has the greater sin.’ John 19:11.
