I read a small portion of his introduction to Genesis and I wasn't impressed at all. He rejects the tradition view that God gave to Moses all that he wrote and said that Moses gathered together many writings he found on clay tablets most of the Pentateuch. Further he rejects the traditional view of creation; i.e., 6 24-hour days and seems to embrace some form of the Framework Hypothesis. In that section he never offers any exegetical reason why he rejects "yom" as a 24-hour day. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/scratchchin.gif" alt="" />
