I own two Ligonier video tapes, “Training up Children” and “Bound for Glory” that are done by R.C. Sproul Jr. I really like him in these and I was pleased to see that he was going to “take up the rains” for his father. I also have the DVD “Amazing Grace” where R.C. Sr. and Jr. are both in and again, I was very pleased with R.C. Jr. So It was discouraging for me to read this and I just hope this doesn’t effect his participation in his ministry at Ligonier.

I wonder what is practiced at St. Andrews, his father’s church and what R.C. Sr. really holds to concerning paedocommunion? It’s still discouraging though to see a situation where because of one’s own personal beliefs there was a disregard for authority.

I just hope and pray that R.C. Jr. repents and continues to serve God as he’s been led to do. He seems to be a very godly man that cares for family and church values and I would hate to see his presence go.

Y.B.I.C,

Dave.

Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. - Galatians 2:16
