Here are a couple of wonderful articles concerning the resurrection of Christ written by Augustus Toplady. It is our hope that they might cause those who read them to give some time to meditating upon this cosmic event of which the world knows nothing. Easter as you surely know is that time when that which was accomplished on earth when God became man came to its determined conclusion; the securing of redemption for sinners. The cross displayed judgment and the wrath of God but the resurrection displayed the victory of Christ over death and the mercy of God.
