In a very small nutshell giggle the "Two-Kingdom" theory was made popular by Meredith Kline, once a professor at WTS-CA. It is also known as the "Republication Theory"... a republication of the Covenant of Works which was the covenant made with Adam. There is little or no grace, so they say, in the Mosaic Covenant but rather meritorious works. You can find many articles and refutations against this increasingly popular view on Kerux Journal. They can be found in the "archives" (link on the main page).
