There is nothing wrong with familiarizing oneself with unbiblical views in and of itself. However, the best way to approach these views which are countless is to know biblical truth thoroughly. The most effect way for banks to spot counterfeit money is to study real money and know all that pertains to it so that ANY counterfeit will be discovered. Far too many spend their time trying to understand false doctrines and too little time reading and studying Scripture.
