There is little concern for the future but only living life now and with "gusto". The current generation which is college age, expects that their education should be free or nearly so. Working their way through college isn't an option for many of them. On the contrary, I worked my way through 3 grad schools, working full and part-time jobs and raised 5 children. Picketing government offices and/or university administration buildings because of alleged unreasonable tuition fees wasn't in the agenda. I was too busy working and studying to be bothered with such trite and self-serving agendas. Today's student will support Union teachers when they go out on strike for higher wages, but then complain that tuition rates are too high. "Reality" isn't part of their vocabulary, it seems. Well, what we have among us is the blind leading the blind and they shall surely fall over the precipice after having gained their earthly rewards. Our joy, however, is that we know that amidst the hell-bound hordes there is a remnant, a peculiar people, chosen of God from eternity which will be called out from among them to the glorious light of liberty which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. These are men, women and children who walk by faith and gratitude, having been rescued from this wicked world and their own sinfulness. Generations have gone before us and there will be, no doubt, generations after us, of whom it will be said,<blockquote>Hebrews 11:13 (ASV) "These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them and greeted them from afar, and having confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth."</blockquote>In His Grace,
