And, doesn't Michael Horton argue against taking a 'hard' understanding on the "sovereign sphere" doctrine, and probably the "two kingdoms" as well? I know there are some people here that are knowledgeable of the subject you have brought up, of which I am not one. I am familiar enough with Kuyper's "Neo Calvinism" and it's "sphere sovereignty", but I am not familiar with Bonhoeffer's "Two Kingdoms" view, although I know he took exception to Luther on this issue. And where Michael Horton stands I have absolutely no knowledge whatsoever. Perhaps God will prick the conscience one of these knowledgeable individuals and they will eventually comment so that your question(s) will be answered at least in part. simul iustus et peccator
