No, I personally don't see anything in that passage that would lend itself to that conclusion, i.e., a dietary law. Can you find anything else which would indicate such?

What I do find is Mosaic and referring to ceremonial use and the eating of clean and unclean animals, e.g., Lev 1:1-47; 20:25 and Deut 14:1-29.
