I have probably asked this before here but every time I run across a detail article on it, I keep asking myself what precisely is it. Will someone give a short, bullet summary of it?

In a very small nutshell the "Two-Kingdom" theory was made popular by Meredith Kline, once a professor at WTS-CA. It is also known as the "Republication Theory"... a republication of the Covenant of Works which was the covenant made with Adam. There is little or no grace, so they say, in the Mosaic Covenant but rather meritorious works. You can find many articles and refutations against this increasingly popular view on Kerux Journal. I have no doubt that this will be of much help to you as you try to wrap your brain around this heresy which continues to spread unabated in the OPC and PCA due to a lack of expediency on the part of those who are given the responsibility to deal with such matters. IMHO, this shows once again that these two denominations, in particular but not excluding some others, are afflicted with spiritual cancer and it continues to kill its victims due to its near total denial of existence. It's "business as usual" despite bankruptcy is knocking at the door.
