But you're not really answering the question.

The problem is that you are construing ability as chance. I believe that Adam had the ability not to sin, but there is no chance he would not have sinned because God had decreed the Fall. In the same vein, Christ had the ability to sin, but there is no chance He would have because God had decreed that He would not.
